Prepayment by bank transfer

You have decided to pay in advance? Simply transfer the money to our account at HypoVereinsbank Freiburg. The account number will be sent to you with the order confirmation. Please transfer the equivalent amount within 2 working days to the ZIEMANN VALOR account at HypoVereinsbank mentioned there. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a notification from our BackOffice by email.

Cash on collection - OTC business(only in Nürnberg possible)

With immediate effect, we offer cash payment from an amount of EUR 2,500 and exclusively at our Nuremberg location. Due to legal requirements, a money laundering check must be carried out with a copy of your ID. You will be charged a fee of 30 EUR per order for cash collection. From an amount of 10,000 EUR, cash payment is free of charge. If you wish to make a cash payment, please call us at 0911 98207200. We will then coordinate the further procedure and the order with you by telephone. Please understand that until further notice we do not carry out anonymous board transactions.
