Heraeus is a well established mint that has been in business for more than 160 years. With a gold bar from Heraeus, you can rest assure that your gold bar is of German quality from a mint that is among the most renowned in the world. Each cast bar and its certificate is tightly sealed. The minted bars are all delivered in a blister card. These look attractive, and the two welded seams make them particularly stable. Furthermore, they are made of renewable PET, an environmentally friendly plastic. Each is about the size of a credit card – 85 mm x 54 mm. With a Code of Conduct that includes binding regulations and guidelines on the acceptance and processing of precious metals, the Heraeus Group has committed to high standards that apply to all employees. Accordingly, our bars are produced only from material that meets these standards. The standards apply to primary supply from mines as well as recycled material. Front

All Heraeus gold bars have a serial number on the front since May 2011 and this is additionally printed on the blister card. The hand with the roses embossed on the front goes back to the coat of arms of the Heraeus family, which was created by Isaac Heraeus (1636-1676 born in Güstrow/pharmacist) himself after the end of his wanderings and the settlement in Hanau. The motif is only a partial section of the actual family coat of arms. On the gold bar is the company name "Heraeus", the fineness "fine gold 999.9", the coat of arms, the weight "1000 g" and the serial number.

On the reverse is the certificate according to the LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) with the signature of the sworn precious metal tester.

Tradable sizes / condition:

Heraeus gold bars are available in the sizes 1g, 5g, 10g, 20g, 1oz, 50g and 100g embossed in the blister with certificate as well as in the sizes 100g, 250g, 500g and 1kg cast welded with certificate. 

The gold bars traded here are, without a doubt, newly formed gold bars directly from the manufacturer Heraeus. In the case of used gold bars or circulating goods, the customer is explicitly referred to under the property "condition".
