The Australian Kangaroo Gold Coin 2024 1/10 Ounce
The Australian Kangaroo gold coin, also known as Kangaroo or Nugget in Germany, has been minted by the Perth Mint since 1987. In the beginning, the coin was called Australian Nugget. Officially since 2008, the coin is named Australian Kangaroo. Every year the Perth Mint develops a new kangaroo motif.

The motif of the Australian Kangaroo changes annually. The coins is one of the most popular collector coins in the world. Because of the high 999.9 gold fineness, the changing motifs and the high minting quality, it is highly sought after by collectors and investors.

The reverse of the Kangaroo gold coin in all denominations features a portrait of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II based on a design by artist Ian Rank Broadley and his initials "IRB." In addition to the words "ELIZABETH II" and "AUSTRALIA", the corresponding face value of the gold coin is also shown. On the 2023 Australian kangaroo gold coin, the years of her reign - 1952 to 2022 - were added.
The gold kangaroo is available in denominations of 1 ounce as well as 1/20, 1/10, 1/4, 1/2 oz and 1kg.
